CASE STUDY: 68 RAESWOOD ROAD, G53 7HH

This scaffolding was completed on the 25th Feb 2023. This was a domestic project to allow access onto the roof for electricians to fit solar panels. My client at Contact Solar based in Edinburgh asked for the front and back elevations to be delivered supplied and erected. We used a three-man team, our 7.5t lorry and a system scaffolding called cuplock which we fully boarded out on the top level with an internal ladder access. This scaffolding was fully erected by the guys in four hours. We had to make sure we had our lorry loaded at the yard with all the correct counted materials by the yard staff as it was a bit of a travel to Glasgow. We had to make sure we had all the correct materials for this project to save on travel time.

CASE STUDY: 9 CLAIRMONT GARDENS, G3 7LW

We have also completed more domestic scaffolding work in Glasgow. This project was back in July 2020 where we were asked to deliver, supply, erect and dismantle scaffolding to allow masonry access for a great client -Stratum Masonry. They provided restoration, conservation, new build and consultancy services at this time. The scaffolding was required to be erected at the front in cuplock, all fully boarded with two inside boards to allow better working space. The scaffolding at the rear had a bit more of a tricky space and therefore needed traditional tube and fitting scaffolding. This scaffolding was fully boarded on two levels with debris netting to protect anyone in the rear parking area of the building. This scaffolding was required mostly for low level restoration repairs from the stonemason.
